1) Name Of Organisation :-AKHIL BHARTIYA UPBHOKTA UTHAN SANGATHAN

2)Work Area Of Organisation :- Whole India

3)Aim Of Organisation :-
3.1)Unitise own members and develop feeling of mutuall brotherhood and help on them.
3.2)Seeing,protecting and expanding the collective benefit of own members.
3.3)Doing every thing to stop black marketing in each area.
3.4) Advertise and extent the consumer education ,to make strong consumer revolution
3.5)Play a effective role to execution of consumer protection act.
3.6)Doing any thing for stop monopoly,obstructing and improper bussiness.
3.7)Solving general problems of own member.
3.8) Working under the rule of organisation ,to support the other organisation of same motive for their benefit.
3.9)For completion of own aim, to use valid behaviour define under the citizen rights.
3.10) To give imprtance benefit of country in each of our activity.
3.11)Increase the collective banefit of consumer working under the consumer protection act.
3.12)To run health awareness programm ,for this purpose advertise and extent the schemes of government with help of organisation.
3.13)In bacward areas ,by the beneficial schemes of government educating the the people's of sc\st, and work for their socal and moral progress.
3.14)To work against the makers and sellers of duplicate and inferior goods.

4)Membership:-
Any people who is citizen of india, working in government and private firm or former and businessman, come in the catagory of consumer in any form will be the member of this organisation.

5) Committees:-
5.1)National level will have one national committee.
5.2)In each state there will be one state committee.
5.3)To make organisation very powerful, methodical and strongly build there will be different state level, divisonal level ,district level ,tahsheel level and block level branches who work under the national committee.
5.4)If any branch become idle then state president by the permisson of national president suspend that branch.

6) Texture of general committees;-
6.1)In national committee ,election of post of "National President" done by the all the state president ,divisonal president,district president and all the member of earlier working committee. And all other members are selected by the elected National President.
6.2) In state committee ,State President elected by the National President and national working committee. In case of election ,all the distric and divisonal committee of state take part in election of State President. State president select the other member of state working committe.
6.3) District President are elected by State president by the recomendation of national committee .In case of election ,all the life member of that district take part in election .

7) Working committees :-
7.1)National working committee will have Following members:-

3. National General Secretary                4. National Secretary
5. Office Secretary                               6. National Speaker
7. National Treasur                               8. National Organisation Secretary

Ability to become member national of working committe :-
1)To elect in post of National president or State president member must have nay post of national/state working committee otherwise president of district committee.
2) For selection in any other post, it is necessary to be a life member of organisation.

7.2)State working committee will have Following members:-
1. State President                            2. State Vice President
3. General Secretary                        4. State Secretary
5. Office Secretary                           6. State Speaker
7. State Treasur                               8. State Organisation Secretary

Ability to become member of state working committe :-
1)To elect in post of National president or State president member must have nay post of national/state working committee otherwise president of district committee.
2) For selection in any other post, it is necessary to be a life member of organisation.
